Our Story
Born in a refugee camp, Chef Viet Pham and his family immigrated to the U.S. when he was 7 months old.
Finance is where he began his career, but it was far from fulfilling. So he began to cook.
Realizing he loved making people happy through good food and hospitality, he left the world of finance to open a fine dining restaurant in Salt Lake City.

His cooking got him noticed. In 2011, Food & Wine Magazine named him one of “America’s Best New Chefs.” He also beat Bobby Flay. Twice.
